We stay on top of mixed up orders
The strong teamwork of our customer service teams ensures the majority of problems get solved before the customer even notices. We work hard behind the scenes and around the clock, so they can focus on enjoying their takeaway.

We know when a courier
needs us
If one of our couriers gets in trouble, our LIVE Ops team members are there to help and find a solution. Genuine care for our colleagues is essential! At the same time, our agents learn a ton about logistics, prioritization and collaboration.

We go global with service systems

We process millions of orders every day across the globe. In case of issues, we directly support our restaurant partners so they can quickly go back to growing their business. We carefully train each of our agents to improve their technical skills, problem solving and communication.
