Our Global Communities

Our Communities are the heart of our culture. They are employee-led advocacy groups supported by company resources and budget, driving inclusion and diversity through collaboration on internal communications, organising and sponsoring events, and empowering allyship.
Our Women in Tech Community are building an amazing work environment for everyone who identifies as a woman and are committed to offering opportunities to talented women in tech and other areas of our business.
This is an open Community made up of our colleagues who identify as LGBTQ+ and allies, with the shared aim of supporting our people and communities and forming lasting networks and connections.
The Able at JET community is designed to support and connect colleagues. As well as enabling JETers with disabilities to promote awareness through their own stories, the community is focused on creating an accessible, welcoming workplace which provides opportunities for all.
Our JET in Colour Community is building an inclusive, fair and equitable environment where our people from all backgrounds can develop to reach their full potential, whatever their race, faith or culture.
We aim to help JETSetters settle down in their new place of residence by facilitating the network for JETStters to connect. We want them to be happy and comfortable, supported by other JETSetters and JETers.
Neurodivergent people have a unique view of the world and the way they approach life make them valuable colleagues, but it can also present some challenges in the way they navigate life and employment. The Neurodiversity Community is committed to celebrating and supporting the neurodiversity of our JETers.
The Parents & Carers Community encourages and supports its members as they go through life-changing events as parents and carers through sharing experiences, enabling conversations with leadership and peers, and empowering our community with knowledge and best practices.

What our people have to say

My journey in the tech industry as a woman has given me experiences that I don’t want anyone else to go through. As the sponsor of our Women in Tech Community, I want to create an environment where everyone, no matter their background or who they are, can thrive and achieve success on their own terms.
